In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to insure that policies and procedures are in place to identify individuals contaminated with “Zero Etiquette, Lost Jealous, Kuku Observations (ZELJKO) Syndrome” as a by product of significant change.
It is important for organizations to acknowledge that during periods of change, the greatest risk to successful change is posed by contamination of the mass with “Zero Etiquette, Lost Jealous, Kuku Observations (ZELJKO) Syndrome” as opposed to a “Jubilant Overt Spiritual Intelligent Prayer (JOSIP) Syndrome”.
In this New World Order (NWO) where there are persistent changes, be it through mergers and acquisitions or restructurings and reorganizations, the only constant which is assured over time is that of change. In order to be able to compete in this New World Order (NWO), there is one of two generic techniques.
The first technique which I refer to as “Zero Etiquette, Lost Jealous, Kuku Observations (ZELJKO) Syndrome” is predicated on the notion that when one feels threatened, in either fact or appearance, of losing their job, their home, their family, their wealth or any other “Raison D’Être”, one’s innate savage survival animal instincts tend to kick in, whereby one becomes frustrated with the change, to the point that one may show signs of zero etiquette in one’s behaviours due to being in a lost and jealous state of mind which can lead to kuku observations of the mentally disturbed kind.
For example, if one blurts out crazy thoughts coming from the top of their head such as “He or she is a Terrorist”, one is showing signs of zero etiquette.
Furthermore, if one blurts out such a comment against the top talent, one is most likely experiencing the fear of loss of one’s job due to the top talent such that one’s jealous instincts tend to kick-in.
Lastly, it is the jealous instincts which will tend to trigger kuku observations such as “The Terrorist is out to get me as per the subliminal messages or lines that I have interpreted from his speech or physical signs” which clearly indicates that one is experiencing anxiety of the mentally disturbed kind.
As is evident from my Hyperboles above, this type of approach is destructive, counterproductive and chaotic by its nature. For the record, Hyperbole is defined as the use of exaggeration as a rhetorical device or figure of speech. Hyperboles may be used to evoke strong feelings or to create strong impressions but they are not meant to be taken literally.
Now I would like to focus on the second technique which I refer to as “Jubilant Overt Spiritual Intelligent Prayer (JOSIP) Syndrome” whereby one does not need to revert to a barbaric “Zero Etiquette, Lost Jealous, Kuku Observations (ZELJKO)” approach because one is overtly jubilant due to their strong foundation of spirituality, combined with intelligence, supplanted by prayer, such that one does not need to revert to savage innate animal instincts of the desperate, disturbed and despaired.
In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam THE ROCK Style” as the belief that Hyperboles best illustrate that “Zero Etiquette, Lost Jealous, Kuku Observations (ZELJKO) Syndrome” requires a “Jubilant Overt Spiritual Intelligent Prayer (JOSIP)” ideology so that inner demons of the mentally impaired run scared.
