Upravljanje Promjenama Osnovne Bazične Glavne Važne Stvare “Gangnam THE ROCK Stil” – Dio 46
In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to insure that policies and procedures are in place to identify individuals exercising “Pessimistic Paranoia Syndrome” behaviours as a by product of significant change.
It is important for organizations to acknowledge that during periods of change, the greatest risk to successful change is posed by “Pessimistic Paranoia Syndrome” behaviours whereby everybody focuses on the worst-case scenario as opposed to the best so that everybody becomes pessimistic and paranoid and thus unable to peacefully rest.
In order to avoid such an unpleasant “Pessimistic Paranoia Syndrome”, it is imperative for an organization to promote a positive, optimistic and spiritual aura during periods of significant change.
In terms of the key foundation behind a positive, optimistic and spiritual aura, an organization needs to promote the four pillars of life consisting of: God; Work; Family; and Self.
However, these are foundation principles that represent the theoretical framework that I would now like to translate into practice. Generally, if an individual does not believe in any God, their natural inherent compass will tend to be pointing to pessimism.
Therefore, an organization should encourage individuals to share their religion with others in a non-intrusive, non-imposing and non-force feeding manner by encouraging activities such as lunch in the sun with an I-Pad to listen to each other’s religious music.
Second, generally if an individual only has the one pillar of work, their natural inherent compass will tend to be pointing to paranoia because if they loose this one pillar, they do not have the other three pillars consisting of God; Family; and Self to hold them up and carry them through any significant change humps.
Therefore, an organization should encourage individuals to devote time to their families by implementing policies such as flex time so that individuals can better manage their family needs supplanted with a policy around the benefits of vacation time to solidify the family bind.
In terms of personal time or self, this tends to be the item that is often times most neglected but the key to overall balance and equilibrium.
There is nothing worse than an individual who finds themselves in a situation where there is no time left for them self because it can then seem that there is no purpose to being me.
That is, everybody needs a hobby such as golf, hunting, gym, etc. like a motivating steroid before one finds oneself in a lifestyle that is without any meaning & void.
In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam THE ROCK Style” as the belief that to avoid “Pessimistic Paranoia Syndrome” one needs the four pillars of life to withstand any significant change pain or strife.
