In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to insure that policies and procedures are in place to identify individuals contaminated with “Jealous Orchestrating Vial Anal Numbskull (JOVAN) Syndrome” as a by product of significant change.
It is important for organizations to acknowledge that during periods of change, the greatest risk to successful change is posed by contamination of the mass with “Jealous Orchestrating Vial Anal Numbskull (JOVAN) Syndrome” as opposed to a “Spiritually Intelligent Mature Unified Nurturing (SIMUN) Syndrome”.
In this New World Order (NWO) where there are persistent changes, be it through mergers and acquisitions or restructurings and reorganizations, the only constant which is assured over time is that of change. In order to be able to compete in this New World Order (NWO), there is one of two generic techniques.
The first technique which I refer to as “Jealous Orchestrating Vial Anal Numbskull (JOVAN) Syndrome” is predicated on the notion that when one feels threatened, in either fact or appearance, of losing their job, their home, their family, their wealth or any other “Raison D’Être”, one’s innate savage survival instincts tend to kick in, whereby one becomes frustrated with the change, to the point that one may show signs of jealousy resulting in the orchestration of plots to take one’s perceived threats out of the game with a combination of vial and anal techniques of a complete and utter numbskull.
For example, if one creates a fictitious harassment complaint in order to tarnish the reputation of one’s competition, one will have committed the dirty deed of orchestrating a fictitious crime, by the creation of vial lies, camouflaged in the permission of anal eyes, whereby in actuality the purported victim is the assailant with a hidden agenda of lies, like a dirty, wild and aggressive bull, except that one’s actions are that of a complete numbskull.
Further to this example, if one is able to utilize the laws and regulations to one’s advantage such that the law backs the purported victim who is in actuality the assailant, one will have circumvented the law without anyone seeing any flaws.
Lastly, when the truth surfaces and all masks hit the ground, but one is able to plead that everything was a freak coincidental accident beyond one’s control such that one is able to walk away unscathed, a spiral effect of reactions will ultimately curtail any such future numbskull behaviours of the mentally insane.
As is evident from my Hyperboles above, this type of approach is destructive, counterproductive and chaotic by its nature. For the record, Hyperbole is defined as the use of exaggeration as a rhetorical device or figure of speech. Hyperboles may be used to evoke strong feelings or to create strong impressions but they are not meant to be taken literally.
Now I would like to focus on the second technique which I refer to as “Spiritually Intelligent Mature Unified Nurturing (SIMUN) Syndrome” whereby one does not need to revert to a barbaric “Jealous Orchestrating Vial Anal Numbskull (JOVAN) Syndrome” approach because one acts based on spiritual wisdom, which tends to be intelligent as it is predicated on a strong foundation of morals, values, principals and ethics, which results in a mature character which is unified in thoughts, speech and actions with the assistance of a higher power above, which results in a nurturing ideology for the world to see what reality should ultimately be.
In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam THE ROCK Style” as the belief that Hyperboles best illustrate that “Jealous Orchestrating Vial Anal Numbskull (JOVAN) Syndrome” requires a “Spiritually Intelligent Mature Unified Nurturing (SIMUN)” Leader for the world to see what reality should ultimately be.
