In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to insure that policies and procedures are in place to identify individuals contaminated with “No Religion, No Ethics, Brain Wash Duress” as a by product of significant change.
It is important for organizations to acknowledge that during periods of change, the greatest risk to successful change is posed by contamination of the mass with “No Religion, No Ethics, Brain Wash Duress” ahead of “Any Religion Other Than Evil with Prayer as Ethical Prowess”.
In this New World Order where there are persistent changes, be it through mergers and acquisitions or restructurings and reorganizations, the only constant which is assured over time is that of change. In order to be able to compete in this New World Order, there is one of two generic techniques.
The first technique which I refer to as “No Religion, No Ethics, Brain Wash Duress” is predicated on the notion that one should take all values, morals, principals and ethics out of the workforce equation such that everything and anything goes including any and all low blows.
The greatest risk posed by such a technique is that it infests an entire organization whereby everybody starts throwing low blows or elbows to the breasts to the point that there is a complete breakdown of the justice system with no peaceful room remaining to pray and rest.
Ironically, a complete breakdown of the justice system mode, as Neanderthal as it may seem, has its roots in the human psyche as when one feels threatened by significant change, one’s natural instinct reaction becomes primitive at best with the old adage of when the justice system fails, the laws of the street must ultimately prevail.
As is evident from my Hyperbole above, this type of approach is destructive, counterproductive and chaotic by its nature.
For the record, Hyperbole is defined as the use of exaggeration as a rhetorical device or figure of speech. It may be used to evoke strong feelings or to create a strong impression but is not meant to be taken literally.
Now I would like to focus on the second technique which I refer to as “Any Religion Other Than Evil with Prayer as Ethical Prowess” which is predicated on focusing on one’s abilities and skills as opposed to sabotage to have one’s competition politically killed.
In terms of skills and abilities, everyone should have some form of ideology predicated on any religion other than Satanism, which is not a religion, whereby values, morals, principals and ethics are important to the end result as opposed to Barbarianism whereby all that matters is the final win regardless of atrocities that must be committed or other evil sins.
Although religion seems to have become politically taboo, in my opinion, an individual strong in their respective faith, regardless of religious choice, will tend to behave in a manner above aboard as they have a strong foundation of ethical prowess as opposed to any Satanist Barbarian duress.
In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam THE ROCK Style” as the belief that Hyperboles best illustrate the need for ethical prowess as opposed to Barbarian duress to behave in a manner within the range of acceptable normality as opposed to borderline psychotic insanity.
