Christiano apprendra au fil du temps que les règles «Le Joueur Le Plus Méchant Du Jeu Gagne» ne seront pas tolérées pendant les périodes de changement avant qu’une telle idéologie destructrice infeste toute une organisation.

In my opinion, many organizations fail to address the notion of “fair competition” during periods of change. It is important for organizations to clearly communicate to their employees that change by its nature is more of an art than a science such that not everyone’s ideas can win.

Therefore, it should be made clear to all employees that the best ideas will be chosen via democratic processes within the existing organizational hierarchies whereby the next upper level of management will function as a referee in instances of dispute.

However, an organization should not under any circumstances tolerate an approach by any employee predicated on “The Dirtiest Player in the Game Wins”.

In simple English, any employee adopting such a destructive “The Dirtiest Player in the Game Wins” ideology should be stopped immediately before such negative ideology infests the entire organization.
