Change Management Fundamental Basics “Gangnam THE ROCK Style” – Part 45
Christiano will learn over time that during periods of change, organizations should promote the belief that the four pillars of life: God; Work; Family and Self allows one to weather any storm and stand without needing to plant the competition’s heads in the sand.
In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to insure that policies and procedures are in place to identify individuals exercising “Mad Cash Dash” behaviours as a by product of significant change.
It is important for organizations to acknowledge that during periods of change, the greatest risk to successful change is posed by “Mad Cash Dash” behaviours whereby everybody focuses on protecting their ass to the point that there are no holds barred like a rumble in a bar.
In order to avoid such an unpleasant “rumble in a bar”, it is imperative for an organization to promote the four pillars of life consisting of: God; Work; Family; and Self; and the notion of faith which is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see (Hebrews 11:1) by teaching everyone that for the world to normally turn, everyone needs balance consisting of God; Work; Family; and Self.
That is, the modern day world seems to focus on everything else far less important than God’s presence such that they tend to run around like rats chasing monetary cheese at the expense of the degeneration of the societal seems.
Although money is important in the sense that one cannot live without cash, there is a problem when cash results in a societal rash with everyone running a “Mad Cash Dash”.
In order for there to be peace in this world, every man, woman and transvestite needs four pillars in life consisting of God; Work; Family; and Self for with these four pillars there is the balance of life while with only one pillar everything tends to crumble to dust and shatter or bust.
Therefore, every man, woman and transvestite needs to reconsider their respective priorities in life which is not necessarily a function of time but rather is a function of balance and quality which creates human kind sunshine in line with the heavens paradigm.
In the context of change management, if everyone within an organization has the four pillars of life they will be better able to function normally under any high stress situation such as significant change, without having to resort to any insane behaviour to survive, as with balance comes the benefit of feeling alive.
That is, when an individual has the four pillars of life consisting of God; Work; Family; and Self, they tend to feel less threatened by significant change such that they are better able to weather any storm.
It is logical that an individual who feels that if they loose the one pillar of work, still have three pillars to let them stand, will not need to resort to planting the competition’s heads in the sand.
In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam THE ROCK Style” as the belief that four pillars of life: God; Work; Family and Self allows one to weather any storm and stand without needing to plant the competition’s heads in the sand.
