Christiano će s vremenom naučiti da «Ne postoji JA u Timu» tako da je cilj promjenama stvoriti pristup «Ekipe od Marke» u kojim organizacija želi nadmašiti konkurenciju pokraj vanjski vrata preko ulice a ne se sami uništiti u zatvorenom prostoru unutra.
In my opinion, many organizations fail to address the notion that “There is no I in Team” during periods of change such that everyone focuses on what is best for “Me; Myself; and I” as opposed to what is best for the organization.
It is important for organizations to insure that it is clear to all employees that no man or woman is an island such that focusing on what is best for “Me; Myself; and I” as opposed to what is best for the organization will not be tolerated.
An organization needs to create an aura of “win/ win” for all as opposed to “win/ lose” during periods of change to insure that a collaborative spirit prevails as opposed to a combative “UFC Style (Ultimate Fighting Championship)” environment.
There is nothing more detrimental to an organization during periods of change than everyone adopting a “win/ lose” approach whereby everybody attacks each other no holds barred “UFC Style”.
In simple English, the goal of change is not to create a street fight about who is wrong or who is right but rather to create a “Tag Team” approach whereby an organization desires to surpass the competition next door and not destroy each other indoors.
