Upravljanje Promjenama Osnovne Bazične Glavne Važne Stvare “Gangnam THE ROCK Stil” – Dio 18
In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to insure that over reactions do not dominate the change landscape.
It is important for organizations to acknowledge that it is human tendency to overreact when one has feelings of discomfort, irritation, fear or anxiety triggered by a change situation.
Therefore, organizations need to consider the far more tranquil alternative which is an under reaction. That is, when one person starts to over react to a change situation, there needs to be an under reaction by the surrounding environment.
Otherwise, over reaction by one party supplanted by an over reaction by a counter party will tend to escalate from a spark to full fledge walking time bombs culminating in explosions.
Thus, Human Resources need to provide appropriate training during periods of change to their employees to educate them on the notion that there is a high probability that out of every ten times, one tends to over react to a change situation, nine out of those ten times there is a high probability that such an over reaction is completely unnecessary.
Furthermore, even in that one circumstance where an over reaction may be warranted, stressing out or becoming emotionally and psychologically intoxicated will not help solve the problem.
Therefore, an under reaction is often the best response to an over reaction because an under reaction is a response predicated on patience, tranquility and wisdom which will assist to solve the underlying problem with common sense rationality as opposed to delusional psychoanalytical insanity.
In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam THE ROCK Style” as the belief that an over reaction is best counter balanced with an under reaction in the name of common sense rationality as opposed to delusional psychoanalytical insanity.
