Gestión Del Cambio Efectivo Fundamentos Básicos Esencial “Gangnam THE ROCK Estilo” – Parte 58

 

 

Christiano aprenderá con el tiempo que durante los períodos de cambio, las organizaciones deben promover la creencia que las Hipérboles esta las mejor ilustración de malos comportamientos de los locos mentales que en última instancia golpeará en su propio cara resultando en una caída de la gracia cuando la verdad expuesto sobre las realidades de la carrera de ratas desencadenar la desgracia de guerra civil.

In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to insure that policies and procedures are in place to identify individuals contaminated with “Act First Self-Centrally, Think Secondly Syndrome” as a by product of significant change.

It is important for organizations to acknowledge that during periods of change, the greatest risk to successful change is posed by contamination of the mass with “Act First Self-Centrally, Think Secondly Syndrome” as opposed to a simple “Think First Globally, Act Secondly Syndrome”.

In this New World Order (NWO) where there are persistent changes, be it through mergers and acquisitions or restructurings and reorganizations, the only constant which is assured over time is that of change. In order to be able to compete in this New World Order (NWO), there is one of two generic techniques.

The first technique that I refer to as “Act First Self-Centrally, Think Secondly Syndrome” is predicated on the notion that one should focus on “Me, Myself and I” first and foremost such that one should behave in a self-centered, selfish, egotistical and instantaneous gratification fashion.

Under this approach, all that counts is that one persistently wins all bouts so that in the end how one achieved success, nobody cares, therefore one can behave like Neanderthal, Barbarian, Idiosyncratic, Self-Centered and Non-Democratic Hooligans.

For example, under this approach, it is acceptable to fabricate stories, cons, perjuries and other lies, to step on ones competitions’ heads, in order to get ahead, as long as one does not get caught, or even if one does get caught, one can deny it all, or circumvent the law, so that in the end all that matters is that one has won.

As is evident from my Hyperbole above, this type of approach is destructive, counterproductive and chaotic by its nature. For the record, Hyperbole is defined as the use of exaggeration as a rhetorical device or figure of speech. Hyperboles may be used to evoke strong feelings or to create strong impressions but they are not meant to be taken literally.

Now I would like to focus on the second technique which I refer to as “Think First Globally, Act Secondly Syndrome” which is predicated on the notion that one should think thoroughly about the ramifications of one’s actions before engaging in any actions contrary to normal societal morals, values, principals and ethics.

Under this approach, one adopts a long-term perspective and global view whereby short term gains predicated on evil behaviours of the mentally insane will ultimately hit one straight in the face, when all of ones lies will surface of the rat race and one will ultimately fall from grace.

In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam THE ROCK Style” as the belief that Hyperboles best illustrate those evil behaviours of the mentally insane that will ultimately hit one in the face resulting in one falling from grace when the truth exposed about the realities of the rat race triggering civil war disgrace.
