Change Management Fundamental Basics “Gangnam THE ROCK Style” – Part 57
Christiano will learn over time that during periods of change, organizations should promote the belief that Hyperboles best illustrate that stress induced “Artificial Paradox Delusions” craze is triggered aboard the too fast to live blaze while the key four pillars of God; Work; Self; and Family will tend to better be able to ride the wave of change.
In my opinion, organizations need to embrace the notion that during periods of change it is critical to insure that policies and procedures are in place to identify individuals contaminated with “Constipation, Problem Magnification Syndrome” as a by product of significant change.
It is important for organizations to acknowledge that during periods of change, the greatest risk to successful change is posed by contamination of the mass with “Constipation, Problem Magnification Syndrome” as opposed to a simple “Bran Supported Digestive Syndrome”.
In this New World Order (NWO) where there are persistent changes, be it through mergers and acquisitions or restructurings and reorganizations, the only constant which is assured over time is that of change.
In order to be able to compete in this New World Order (NWO), there is one of two generic techniques. The first technique that I refer to as “Constipation, Problem Magnification Syndrome” is predicated on the notion that if one chooses to look for problems they will ultimately find them.
That is, there tends to be a direct relationship between one’s efforts to find problems and problems found resulting in extreme cases whereby one actually creates problems when there were no problems to begin with.
For example, if one feels like their job is threatened, unless there has been a formal announcement to this effect, there is no more than 5% probability that this is true on the basis of Statistics whereby there is always a normal Beta factor of 5% for any potential event to transpire outside of the normal curve of life.
However, when one attaches a probability of more than 50% to this potential outcome, one will have sub-consciously experienced “Constipation, Problem Magnification Syndrome”.
Furthermore, when this occurs, one tends to become psychologically under duress as a result of excessive self-inflicted stress to the point that one can experience various psychological impediments to success such as Anxiety, Depression, Hallucinations, Illusions and/ or “Artificial Paradox Delusions”.
For those not familiar with the “Artificial Paradox Delusions” illness, this is a modern day illness triggered by prolonged periods of excessive stress whereby one creates an illusion of a threat in their minds in order to create a diversion from oneself who is at the center of the problem or stress.
That is, it is easier for one to extrapolate their inner psychological duress on an external individual, such that one takes no responsibility for their inner turmoil, but rather one chooses to blame someone else for not being able to survive a storm leading to actions, behaviours and manifestations outside of cultural and societal norms.
As is evident from my Hyperbole above, this type of approach is destructive, counterproductive and chaotic by its nature. For the record, Hyperbole is defined as the use of exaggeration as a rhetorical device or figure of speech. Hyperboles may be used to evoke strong feelings or to create strong impressions but they are not meant to be taken literally.
Now I would like to focus on the second technique which I refer to as “Bran Supported Digestive Syndrome” which is predicated on the notion that if one lives one’s life within one’s means supported by the key four pillars of God; Work; Self; and Family; one will tend to better be able to ride the wave of change without entering any stress induced “Artificial Paradox Delusions” craze aboard the too fast to live blaze.
In summary, I refer to “Change Management Gangnam THE ROCK Style” as the belief that Hyperboles best illustrate that stress induced “Artificial Paradox Delusions” craze is triggered aboard the too fast to live blaze while the key four pillars of God; Work; Self; and Family will tend to better be able to ride the wave of change.
